The purpose of this study is to learn if improving sleep habits and sleep timing can help improve blood sugar and heart health in teens who do not get enough sleep.
This research study wants to learn how well and safe the Cryosa system works in people with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). The Cryosa system is a device used to freeze the base of the tongue and soft palate which reduces the amount of fat in those areas and may improve OSA symptoms.
We are looking for women who are within six weeks of giving birth to help us learn how doula support and spending time in nature can lower stress, improve sleep, and support overall wellbeing. This study looks at ways to help mothers recover and thrive during the early weeks after giving birth.
