This study wants to see if a new treatment called rapcabtagene autoleucel (YTB323) is safe and works well for people with severe Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis (GPA) or Microscopic Polyangiitis (MPA) vasculitis compared to Rituximab.

In this study we want to learn how babies are affected when their mothers have a viral infection during pregnancy. To do this, we will collect blood samples from pregnant women who have viral infections (like COVID-19) and those who do not.

We will also check to see if you still have antibodies from the dose you got during your previous pregnancy.
We are doing this study to see if a medicine called anifrolumab is safe to use in adults with systemic sclerosis. We also want to find out if the medicine helps with disease symptoms and if it stops the disease from getting worse.
