In this study we want to learn how babies are affected when their mothers have a viral infection during pregnancy. To do this, we will collect blood samples from pregnant women who have viral infections (like COVID-19) and those who do not.

This study will look at whether getting a second dose of RSVpreF (Abrysvo®) vaccine during another pregnancy is safe and can help your body make antibodies that may protect your baby from Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV). We will also check to see if you still have antibodies from the dose you got during your previous pregnancy.

We are doing this study to see if a medicine called anifrolumab is safe to use in adults with systemic sclerosis. We also want to find out if the medicine helps with disease symptoms and if it stops the disease from getting worse.

This study wants to see if a new treatment called rapcabtagene autoleucel (YTB323) is safe and works well for people with severe Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis (GPA) or Microscopic Polyangiitis (MPA) vasculitis compared to Rituximab.

In this study, we want to learn whether a new vaccine (PG4) is safe and helps protect kids against pneumococcal disease. We will compare a single dose of PG4 with a single dose of the currently available pneumococcal vaccine to see the level of protection provided and how the body responds to each vaccine.

In this study, we want to learn how safe a new pneumococcal vaccine is and how well it works to protect infants against pneumococcal disease. We will compare the new vaccine with the pneumococcal vaccine currently used in children, Prevnar 20® (20vPnC).
