This study wants to learn whether sepsis may affect hearing in adults. The study team will compare hearing test results from people with sepsis to those from healthy volunteers to better understand how sepsis may affect hearing.

We are looking for children and teens aged 10 to 18 who have bothersome tinnitus, such as ringing or other sounds in their ears. This study will test a virtual reality program that can be used at home. This program teaches skills that may help you or your child manage tinnitus, stress, and emotions.

We want to see how well over-the-counter (OTC) hearing aids work when fitted in different ways like self-fit, online self-fit, or fit by a hearing healthcare provider, compared to prescription hearing aids.

This study wants to see if an FDA-approved drug called Clemastine Fumarate and sound therapy can help improve hearing problems in noisy places that some people get as they age called age-related auditory processing disorder.

In this study we want to learn how infants hear speech sounds and how that affects their language development.
