In this study, we want to learn how teens handle stress, deal with feelings of depression, and manage habits like eating, exercise, and sleep. We will use what we learn to make a Digital App that helps teens struggling with these challenges.
This study will test a new investigational drug called NBI-1065845 to see if it helps improve symptoms of depression when taken with your current antidepressants. The study team will compare this drug with a placebo, a treatment with no medicine.
Evaluate the effects of a medication, brexpiprazole (BREX), on non-treatment-seeking individuals with Alcohol Use Disorder.
We are looking for young people with bipolar disorder to join a study. The study will test if a special 16-week keto diet, along with regular mental health care, is safe and helpful. We want to see if it can improve mood and health. We are especially looking for young people who have been feeling very sad or depressed lately.
We want to find better ways to treat bipolar disorders. We are looking for children, teens, and young adults, aged 9 to 21 years old, to join our study.
We are studying teens who feel angry a little, sometimes, or a lot to see if they think about social situations in different ways. Teens who often feel very angry might have more problems when they grow up, so we want to learn more about how their brains work.
Our goal is to determine if 12 sessions of Parent Management Training can reduce anger outbursts and irritable moods in children aged 10 to 14 years old. We are also looking at body responses, like heart rate, that might be used to develop better treatments for irritability.
