This study will look at whether getting a second dose of RSVpreF (Abrysvo®) vaccine during another pregnancy is safe and can help your body make antibodies that may protect your baby from Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV). We will also check to see if you still have antibodies from the dose you got during your previous pregnancy.
In this study we want to learn how babies are affected when their mothers have a viral infection during pregnancy. To do this, we will collect blood samples from pregnant women who have viral infections (like COVID-19) and those who do not.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of rapcabtagene autoleucel versus comparator in participants with severe active Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis (GPA) or Microscopic Polyangiitis (MPA) This is a Phase 2, randomized, assessor-blinded active controlled study.
We are doing this study to see if a medicine called anifrolumab is safe to use in adults with systemic sclerosis. We also want to find out if the medicine helps with disease symptoms and if it stops the disease from getting worse.
