This study wants to see if an FDA-approved drug called Clemastine Fumarate and sound therapy can help improve hearing problems in noisy places that some people get as they age called age-related auditory processing disorder.
We want to see how well over-the-counter (OTC) hearing aids work when fitted in different ways like self-fit, online self-fit, or fit by a hearing healthcare provider, compared to prescription hearing aids.
