The main goals of this study are to see how tiny blood vessels called capillaries in the brain communicate with small arteries to increase blood flow where the brain needs it, and to learn how this process may not work the right way in certain diseases.
Our study is seeking individuals aged 55-85, who have been diagnosed with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) and are at risk for Alzheimer's Disease. The goal of the study is to see whether cannabidiol (CBD) can improve MCI symptoms.
