Help Us Shape a Nutrition Program for Childhood Cancer Survivors and their Families

We want to talk with parents or caregivers and their child who has had cancer. We want to learn what you would like in a nutrition and lifestyle program to better support families like yours.

Why this Research Matters

Our goal is to use your ideas to change an existing adult nutrition program for cancer survivors (BfedBwell) into a new program for children who have had cancer and their families.

What to Expect

If you choose to join this study, you and your child will take part in at least one 60-minute interview. This interview can be done in-person or on Zoom. You may also take part in up to two more 60-minute sessions where you share your thoughts out loud in a group with other caregivers and children. During the sessions, we will ask about activities you enjoy, topics you want to learn about, and your ideas about a new nutrition and lifestyle program. You may also be asked to fill out a few surveys.

Study Duration

The study will last about 12 months.
