To determine the effectiveness of belimumab and rituximab in treating primary membranous nephropathy

Who can Participate
Adult
Adults with a primary membranous nephropathy or nephrotic syndrome Age 18-75; primary MN or Nephrotic Syndrome; anti-PLA2R positive; eGFR > or = 30; ongoing proteinuria; controlled blood pressure
