- Eligible patients cared for at the University of Colorado Cancer Center via phone call or EPIC My Health Connection message - Eligible patients identified by Health Data Compass who are seen outside of the UC Health system via phone call or EPIC My Health Connection message - In-person invitation during University of Colorado Lynch Syndrome Symposium - Social media invitation (Twitter) - Invitation distributed by hereditary cancer centers in US and Canada - Invitation distributed by patient advocacy organizations
