Mindfulness-Based Intervention for Adolescents with Chronic Migraine

We want to learn how to help teens with migraine live a better life!

Description

If eligible, your teen would participate in a 6-week virtual group program with other teens with migraine. Your teen would also complete questionnaires before and after the group program. Possible benefits of the study include learning mindfulness-based skills, feeling less stressed, participating more in daily activities, and meeting other teens with migraine.

Eligibility
To qualify, you must be a teenager, ages 13-18, and experience at least 8 headache days per month.Age 13-18 years old; diagnosed with migraine; experiences 8 or more headache days per month; experiences some headache-related disability; has access to internet in a private location.
