Recruitment Database Protocol for Patients With Inflammatory Kidney Disease
Primary Objective
Develop a database of subjects with inflammatory renal disease. Develop a data and biobank containing securely stored data, blood, urine, stool, endothelial cell samples, and kidney biopsy tissue.
Description
Study subjects will consent to allow their information to be stored in the database and for the collection of blood, urine, and tissue to be stored in the data and biobank.

Eligibility
Diagnosis of autoimmune kidney disease.
Patients are being seen by one of the providers in the Division of Renal Diseases and Hypertension and the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.
Age 5-100.
(a) Patients who have a diagnosis of autoimmune kidney disease. Such diseases include (but are not limited to) anti-neutrophilic cytoplasmic autoantibody (ANCA) vasculitis, focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS), IgA, lupus nephritis, membranous nephropathy, minimal change disease (MCD), or other immune-mediated kidney disease.
(b) Patients being seen by one of the providers in the Division of Renal Diseases and Hypertension at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus (including patients who are seen at Denver Health) who consent for this protocol.
(c) Age 5 to 100 years old.
