Description

This is a prospective, non-interventional clinical assessment study to collect data on children aged 2.5 to <17 years with HCH, which will contribute to the characterization of the natural history of children with HCH. This study is designed to evaluate study participants over a period of time (minimum of 6 months and maximum of 2 years) and to collect baseline data prior to potential enrollment in a QED-sponsored interventional study.

Eligibility
Age 2.5 to <17 years, with a clinical diagnosis of HCH confirmed by molecular testing. Patients should be ambulatory and able to stand without assistance.
