Description

This data is being collected as a sub-study of a larger study, which is looking at blood sugars in children with Cystic Fibrosis (CF). A device called a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) will be used to collect data for this study. The device brand is the Dexcom G6 and it is an FDA-approved device that has been approved for children down to 2 years of age to continuously monitor blood sugars through a sensor, a thin short wire, that is placed beneath the skin on the arm, belly, or upper buttocks..
