- adv/met CRC - progression on at least 2 prior SOC lines (no limit on prior lines) - previous tx with oxaliplatin- & irinotecan-based tx (w/ or w/o biologic agent) required - PIK3CA mutated +/- RAS (KRAS, NRAS) mutated - MSI-H excluded
