The purpose of this study is to learn more about optimal time restricted eating windows to produce weight loss in adults with overweight or obesity

Description

Volunteers needed for a 12 month weight loss research study who are willing to try time restricted eating (eating only during an assigned 8 hour time window each day) in order to lose weight.

Eligibility
• Adult males and females with a BMI of 27-45 kg/m2 • Age, 18-65 years old • Passing medical and physical screening • Age, 18-65 years old • Passing medical and physical screening • Typical eating duration greater than 12 hours per day (assessed by questionnaires) • Own a smartphone • Live or work within 45 minutes of the Anschutz Health & Wellness Center (exceptions may be made at the discretion of the Study PI on a case-by-case basis for highly motivated subjects)
