This study plans to learn more about glycemic control across the menstrual cycle. We want to understand glycemic responses to changes in sex hormones during regular menstrual cycles or while taking hormonal birth control. Study visits will include collection of detailed menstrual history, insulin dosing information, food intake, and measurement of sex hormones. We also want to learn more about how exercise and hormonal birth control affects glycemic measures.
