HOME-BASED CARDIAC REHABILITATION USING A NOVEL MOBILE HEALTH EXERCISE REGIMEN FOLLOWING TRANSCATHETER HEART VALVE INTERVENTIONS

Primary Objective

We hypothesize that a home-based cardiac rehabilitation (HBCR) mobile health intervention will reduce clinical events and improve physical activity, functional capacity, and quality of life and that an interactive delivery and longer active intervention duration will produce greater benefits.
