Exploring barriers to and improving the quality of parental updates in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

Child to Adult
Parents who have had a child admitted to the NICU for a minimum of fourteen days during their primary birth hospitalization. Parents of children admitted for less than fourteen days, have a child with a condition expected to not survive through hospital discharge, parents who are less than 18 years of age, and parents whose infants are in the custody of the state will be excluded. Interviews will be conducted in both English and Spanish
