Description

This is a 12-week combined aerobic and resistance exercise intervention in breast cancer survivors. Before and after the intervention, women will undergo measures of appetite, energy intake, body composition, and resting metabolic rate.

Eligibility

-Female sex -Age 18-45 -Overweight or mild obesity (body mass index 25-35) -Recently completed treatment for stage I-III hormone-positive breast cancer -No contraindications to exercise

Phase

Pilot - A pilot Study is used to obtain information, and work out the logistics and management, deemed necessary for further Research Studies.
